Monta gives operators three ways to roam:
- Fully Managed Monta runs every partnership, integration, and settlement across 1M+ charge points and 200+ networks.
- Self-Managed you manage direct OCPI agreements. Monta acts as the operations layer, handling CDRs and acting as the OCPI data provider.

Who handles driver support?
Every Monta operator gets in-app chat and AI Driver Call Support for free. You can completely opt out of driver support, use the free offerings and escalate non-resolved requests to your team or our Barcelona-based driver support at an additional competitive cost.
What reporting and analytics do you offer?
Live dashboards across your whole network, out of the box, and you can also build your own custom dashboards. We’ve also recently added Network and Pricing Benchmarks compare your KPIs to anonymised regional cohorts, with percentile bands and per-location pricing recommendations. Beyond that, our APIs and data warehouse offering can further allow you to do custom reports if needed.
Does Monta support fleet charging and home reimbursement?
Yes, both native. We support fleet billing, vehicle integration (battery status, charging status, location), and home reimbursement for drivers that want reimbursement from employers for energy costs.
How does Monta structure operator and customer accounts?
Operator at the top, with sub-accounts for multi-entity setups. Underneath: Accounts for your own sites, site hosts, fleets, and B2B customers. Each Account has its own plan, members, charging stations, wallet, and subscription. Roles at the operator level: Admin, Operations Manager, Bookkeeper, Support Agent. At the Account level: Owner, Admin, Member.
