EV charging subscriptions, billed your way
Changing a price or launching a plan should not mean a vendor request and a wait. In Monta Hub you define, price, and bill your own subscription plans for teams, fleets, and charge points, and the platform runs the recurring billing.

See every plan, subscriber, and payment in one place
Monta Hub gives you one view of your subscription business: active and pending subscriptions, the monthly revenue each plan generates, and every transaction behind it. Download receipts, reconcile against charging activity, and export subscriber data the moment finance asks for it. No spreadsheet to maintain on the side.

FAQs
Who can create subscription plans in Monta Hub?
Operator users with Admin or Manager rights. New plans are reviewed by your Monta Customer Success Manager before they go live.
What can customers be billed for?
Platform access and service-level agreements, charge point leasing, SIM connectivity, DC fees, per-member fleet management, and revenue shares, depending on the plan type you choose.
How do customers pay for a subscription?
By operator transaction or by invoice with no card required, or pay-as-you-go with a card. If a card is unavailable, pay-as-you-go subscriptions pause.
Can I approve subscriptions before they start?
Yes. Plans can activate automatically, or you can approve each one manually, set a custom first purchase date, and upload a contract before billing begins.
What happens if a payment fails?
A failed payment moves the subscription to unpaid, starts a 14-day grace period, then pauses it and freezes the team's charge points until it is resolved.
Can I change a plan after customers have subscribed?
Yes. Edit pricing and fees, apply changes to all subscribers or only new ones, and schedule updates for a future date. Changes are reviewed before they take effect.
