Can I just white label my driver app and keep everything else on Monta?
Yes, of course.
Can we use our own domain for the CPMS?
Yes. You can use your own domain for the CPMS — it would persist in the address bar and never show Monta.
Can we white label monthly invoices and the bank statement?
Yes. Invoices can be issued in your name, and bank statements show your name when drivers pay on your charge points. Money moves on our regulated EMI underneath, or on your own payment solution if you prefer.
Can our B2B customers and site hosts see their own theme inside our CPMS?
Yes. B2B customers and site hosts either see your theme or you (or they) can set up their own theme.
Who produces and ships our RFID cards and QR stickers?
We can produce them, take the payment, ship them and send tracking notifications, with your brand, or you can source them yourself.
How long does it take to launch a white label app?
Timeline depends on the level of customisation, including workflows, branding, copy, and integrations. A standard white label app launches in weeks. Deeper customisation adds time proportional to scope.
Can we use our own App Store and Google Play accounts?
Yes. White label apps are published from your own developer accounts, with your store listings, descriptions, and keywords.
Who handles Apple and Google policy updates?
Monta does. Release management, compliance, device compatibility, and policy changes are handled centrally, then rolled out to your app.
