How do I turn maintenance on or off?
Labels differ by place. Nothing below was toggled in the walk this is based on.
- Charge point detail overflow (…) — Disable Maintenance (state-aware).
- Bulk More — Maintenance off and Maintenance on.
- List row ⋮ — Set Maintenance On only, even if the station is already on. There is no off on the row kebab.
- The site page has no maintenance control.
Remote actions let you troubleshoot and manage charge points without being on-site. Go to Charge points, select a charge point, and click Remote actions to access them.

How to start a charge remotely
- Go to Charge points and select the charge point.
- Click Remote actions.
- Select Start charge.
- Enter and select the user ID for the user who should start charging.
- Select the payment method.
- Optionally, select a price group.
- Click Start charge.
Access charge point logs
Charge point logs are useful when troubleshooting. To view them, open the charge point, click Integration, and select View logs.
