When you have a Business or Enterprise account in Monta, you are able to provide different types of access to your financial and other accounts, by assigning them a specific role in your Monta account.
These roles have limited permissions for actions in Monta Hub. The goal is to enable different people in your organization to perform reviews of transactions, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
The current guide provides an overview of the different roles available in Monta Hub. If you want to learn how to practically assign or edit a role, see the Manage your Operator account article in this help center.
Operator level roles
These are roles available for Operator accounts. You can access the roles by navigating to your Operator Settings page and selecting the “Members” tab.
The following tables represent how much the different Operator users can access and manage.

Bank accounts
Bank accounts cannot be deleted, no matter of the user role, both on Account and Operator level.
Operators can decide if the Accounts under the Operator have the ability to edit their bank account. If you are an Operator user and want to limit the ability to edit Account bank accounts, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Monta Control
Monta Control is Monta’s platform for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of charge points. You can open Monta Control from the Charge Points area in Hub using the Control button.
