On an account, the header shows Viewing as: Operator. Options are Operator and Member (“Hides 2 operator-only areas”). The footer lists Operator only: Edit price groups and Edit EVSEs.
There is no per-member View as, and no impersonate. This article does not describe a started session.
In the new Hub, accounts no longer have separate "types" for things like fleet operations. Instead, every Private or Professional account has a set of individual feature toggles that you turn on or off depending on what the account needs.
