Do I need a separate contract with Hubject or Gireve?
No. Monta's agreements with Hubject and Gireve cover your connection. You activate roaming inside the Monta platform, and your chargers are registered with the hubs directly. There is no additional contract to negotiate or sign.
Can I set different prices for roaming drivers and my own app users?
Yes. Roaming tariffs are configured separately from your direct-user pricing. You can set per-kWh rates, time-based charges, session fees, or idle fees specifically for roaming sessions.
How quickly do roaming drivers see my chargers after I activate?
Charger data — location, availability, connector types, pricing — is published to hubs immediately upon activation. Partner eMSP apps typically display new locations within 24 hours. Real-time availability updates reach hubs within 60 seconds of a status change.
What happens if a CDR is disputed or a settlement does not match?
Monta reconciles every transmitted CDR against incoming settlement payments. If a discrepancy appears, the platform flags it and provides the full session audit trail for dispute resolution, and handles the dispute process directly with the hub or partner on your behalf.
Can I change roaming tariffs at any time?
