How do I use team and site dashboards in Monta Hub?

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Each team in Monta Hub has an Overview page with a dashboard dropdown. Switch between views to monitor charge points, sessions, revenue, roaming, utilization, and fleet cost for that team. This article explains what each view shows and when to use it.

For: Operators and fleet managers using Monta Hub

To open these views, go to Accounts / Teams, open a team, stay on the Overview tab, and use the view dropdown at the top left.

Charger view

The default view. Shows the team’s key statistics for the last 30 days — total charges, average daily charges, and revenue — alongside a searchable list of charging sessions on the team’s charge points and a panel of unresolved alerts.

Fleet View

A driver- and cost-focused view of the team. Shows total wallet expenses, total consumption, and CO₂ saved over the last 30 days, with a searchable list of member charging sessions.

Charger status monitor

A live overview of charge point availability across the team. A row of counters breaks the fleet down by state — available, charging, reserved, disconnected, error, maintenance, and other — above a searchable table of every charging station with its model, status, and last update. You can share this monitor with a public link.

Live status

A big-screen live view of a single site. Pick a site to open a grid with one tile per connector. Each tile shows the connector status, current power, state of charge, and time to full, plus its power over the last 10 minutes and any active session. The header shows how many connectors the site has and how many are charging, with the last update time. Use the refresh control to keep it current and the full-screen button to run it unattended on an operations wall display.

  • One tile per connector, updated live
  • Status, power, state of charge, and time to full on each tile
  • Power over the last 10 minutes, and active-session detail
  • Refresh (Auto) control and a full-screen kiosk mode
  • Select a site first — the view is per site

Timeline

A historical view of a single site, showing each charge point as a lane over time. Pick a site, then choose a time range from 1 hour up to 7 days. Every session appears as a bar coloured by state, with the state of charge drawn across the session. Utilization and peak utilization for the site are shown alongside the lanes, and you can step back and forward through time or jump to now.

  • One lane per charge point, with a selectable range (1h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 72h, 7d)
  • Sessions shown as bars: charging or complete (green), failed (red), idle or no energy (grey)
  • State of charge drawn across each session
  • Site utilization and peak utilization shown with the lanes
  • Step through time or jump to now; full-screen kiosk mode
  • Select a site first — the view is per site

Team charge points

An analytics dashboard of the team’s charge points. Filter by site, AC/DC, private/public, and active/inactive, and set a date range to compare against a previous period. Shows total charge points, charge sessions, average charge rating, and energy delivered, with a map of charge point locations.

Team charge sessions

An analytics dashboard focused on charging reliability. A combined chart shows total charge sessions and the percentage that failed over time, with headline totals and their change against the previous period. Failures are broken down by site, charge point, firmware version, and OCPP error code.

Team roaming sessions

An analytics dashboard of the team’s roaming activity. Filter by AC/DC and date range to see total charge sessions, total energy delivered, the share of successful sessions, and total charge revenue, with a map of charge point locations and a breakdown by roaming provider.

Team revenue

An analytics dashboard of the team’s revenue. “Revenue over time” stacks each month by charge, roaming, and tax refund; “Running revenue over time” shows cumulative revenue including inter-company transfers. A paying-teams table lists each paying team and operator with their current-month and total revenue.

Team site utilization

Benchmarks your sites against Monta’s network of over 200,000 OCPP-connected charge points. Industry benchmarks define top, great, and poor performance both by energy per charge point per day (top >220, great >150, poor <20 kWh/CP/day) and by share of time in use (top >20%, great >15%, poor <5%). Filter your sites by AC/DC, performance, and date range; the table rates each site’s average utilisation against these benchmarks. Only sites with public, available charge points are included.

Fleet cost overview

A cost and consumption breakdown for the team’s fleet. Filter by member group, charging type, roaming, and AC/DC. Shows total charge sessions, total wallet expense, total consumption, price per kWh, and estimated CO₂ saved, alongside charts for consumption and cost over time, cost and energy per charging type, and charge sessions and cost per driver.
